Description	This is a typewritten letter from President of the suffrage association Carrie Chapman Catt to the Members of the Executive Council alerting them that the country would be at war soon and this would possibly negatively affect their continuing campaigns for women's suffrage. Carrie Chapman Catt asks the Chairmen standing and all special Committees to attend organization meetings at the Washington headquarters in February where they would discuss matters of the upcoming war, women's war work, and other such matters.
