Staub: This was in the 1920's, the home of relatives of my close friend Levering Lawrason who, while in Hamtpon urged me to visit St. [Freniesville]- where his sister [] Butler lived. Her daughter took Madaleine and me to Rose Dawn where her cousins the Misses [Beromans] lived- The original furnishings were then in the house- She also took us to the Oakley. J.F.S 3/3/78
