Prominent are the Rice Hotel on the left, and the Binz Building on the right, flanking the intersection of Texas Avenue at Main Street. A sign spanning Main Street announces the Majestic Theatre. Over the top of the Rice Hotel, on the left, can be seen the towers of the City Hall and Market House building on Travis Street at Prairie Avenue.
