Lem Dunn\nowns the place, but at present he is absent\nDunn is said to be deeply involved and\nis obliged to make sacrifices to raise\nmoney  Doct J says further that the\nplace is worth a thousand dollars just\nas it stands.   I thought I would mention\nall these things to you as I do not wish\nto make any arrangement without your\nadvice \u0026amp; approval.  I have today\ninformed Mrs Ashe of my fickleness, and\nexcused myself as well as I could.  I left\na Trunk of my clothing a little sack of dried\nPeaches and my sack of feathers  Mrs A\nhas a trunk Key that will unlock\n-------------------------------------------------------\nmy trunk please get it \u0026amp; put the\nlittle bag of fruit in to the it  there\nwill I think be room enough by putting\nsome of the small things in the Treys so\nas to make room for the fruit, wrap\nmy Glass pitcher carefully - jam it \nfull of little things   I may not get\naway form here before Sunday or Mon\nday next.
