  • Copy of a letter to Joseph S. Cullinan from J. Y. Powell concerning an editorial in the Houston Defender (Newspaper) that is in line with the resolution that was passed by the advisory committee of the Houston Negro Hospital. Mr. J. Y. Powell writes that Mrs. W. R. Styron is an asset to the hospital and has been working to get a hearing with the city as well as communicated with Dr. Keeler, pathologist at Hermann Hospital.
