  • Letter in which Joseph S. Cullinan expresses his distress about the future closing of the Houston Negro Hospital. He tells Mr. J. Y. Powell to call for an early meeting of the advisory committee to discuss the situation and make a decision. Mr. Joseph S. Cullinan also wants the state committee of Nursing's decision to not accredit the nursing school to be temporarily deferred.
